Refund policy

Please read below the return and refund policy before making a purchase.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you claim the item is defective, we will test the product as soon as we receive it. If we find it to not be defective, we will not grant credit and we will not return the item to you unless postage is paid plus a 20% reshipping fee.  We will not issue a credit or refund if you are not following the product's manufacturer's instructions.

We do not do trades or swaps.  For example, if you purchased the wrong product and want to exchange it for the correct product.  You will need to return the incorrect product to receive store credit.  You must place a new order for the correct product.

For electric products such as UV lamps or Hair Dryers we do not accept returns and all sales are final except in the case of manufacturer defects or if the item arrives damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse any return request if we suspect foul play or any other malicious intent.

To be eligible for a return and credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt and proof of purchase for the item.

You have 14 calendar days to initiate a return request from the date you received the item.

After this 14-day window, defects in material or workmanship that arise under normal use are covered by the warranty.

You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive credit more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at 602-493-9043 xt 2 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  Return authorizations are valid for 15 days.  If we don't receive your return within 15 days, we assume you will keep it. 

If we receive a shipment without a return authorization or after the 15-day authorization period has expired, we will not issue a credit or refund and we will assume it is abandoned.  We will not be able to return it to you.

If your return shipment is lost, damaged or stolen we will not replace your shipment.  Please be sure to insure the package when you return it to us.
