You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are claiming the item is defective we will test the product as soon as we receive it. If we find it to not be defective we will not grant a credit and we will not return the item unless postage is paid. We will not issue a credit or refund if you are not following the manufacturers instructions.
You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
